1. What is pure silver?

990 silver generally refers to a silver product containing about 99% of silver, and the purity is about 99% which means that it is regarded as pure silver. Because silver, which is too high in purity, is soft and easily oxidized, 990 silver adds 1% of other metals, giving it the desired hardness.

2. Where is RosyFina located?

RosyFina bored in the heart Teton Mountains, Jackson Wyoming. Currently, RosyFina is an "infant" to stay in "Mama's hug", online store only. The retail store is coming soon!

3. When will my order ship? 

Orders will be shipped the same day if placed before 11AM MST, and typically ship within 1-2 business days pending on weekends and holidays. Sunday delivery and holiday delivery are not available. You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped. RosyFina is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions. 

4. I returned my order, when will I receive my store credit?

Once your return is delivered, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and returned. Once your return is processed, we will notify you via the email.

5. What if I need to exchange for a different size or color?

We are currently unable to accommodate direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one. Visit our website to check the availability and  

6. What does it mean if an item is marked Final Sale?

All items that are marked final sale have been marked down in price and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, or exchanged for a different size, color or style. Additionally, no promotion codes can be applied to items marked Final Sale. We understand purchasing Final Sale items can be difficult, so please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions.

7. What if I receive a damaged item?

We hope this does not happen, and we do apologize if you receive a damaged item. Please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery so we may help resolve this!

8. Do you offer price adjustments?

9. How should I choose the best size for me?

You can reference our size conversion chart and size guide by product category Due to the nature of our product, each product silhouette will have unique measurements. For exact measurements on a style, please contact us at info@rosyfina.com with your waist, hip, and bust measurements so we can assist you as efficiently as possible.
