Free shipping on orders over  $100 or more in the United States.

Orders placed before 12PM MST Monday-Friday will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Shipping prices are calculated according to your delivery selection at check out. You will receive an email with shipping and tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. All orders ship via Fedex or USPS, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Shipments typically arrive 3-10 business days.

RosyFina is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or any weather related delays.

We apologize, but at this time we only ship domestically.  

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Selected items are accepted only for exchange or store credit within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition; unwashed, unworn, without any fragrances, and with tags attached.
  • All accessories are FINAL SALE.
  • Gift cards are FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged.
  • If you receive an item that is damaged, you must contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery. 
  • RosyFina reserves the right to deny any return or exchange if the merchandise returned does not comply with our Returns & Exchange Policy.

3. For exchange item, please include a check or prepaid label. If you do not have it in the package, a RosyFina representative will contact you for payment. The shipping method for the exchange cost of either $18-Fedex 3-day or $ 8-USPS.
